As in the HYMN song “What a friend we have in Jesus”, I believe this is the ultimate key for gaining peace in our heart. This peace is truly transcending all understanding indeed, it's unexplainable.

O what peace we often forfeit, O what needless pain we bear,
All because we do not carry Everything to God in prayer!
