Psalms 62:1-2

Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation.

He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.

There are many things you have to take care of, and problems you worry about.
When you are struggling, don't forget about resting, be calm and think about God who is always with you to help.
Rest your body, rest your mind, and rely more on the one who is almighty. After a good rest, your mind would be able to see the way God is showing right in front of you.
